100 Push-ups a day keep the doctor away,

keep the bullies out of sight,

and ladies,

begging me to spend the night.

I dedicate this poem to the Push-ups that have changed my life and have brought me confidence, good health, and a strong body.

Push-ups imitate life

The burpee fully imitates life. In life, you will stumble and you will fall. The push-up is the initial stage of recovery when you have fallen on your face. Remember the saying “In life, it’s not how many times you fall, it’s how many times you get back up.”

There are no excuses, push-ups can be done anywhere, anytime, no gym needed. many times you get back up.”

How to get confidence? 100 push-ups a day.

When it comes to defending yourself the push-up is the initial “get off me!” motion. Why do you think, it’s the number 1 exercise for prisoners? Because it’s the number 1 place for bullies, And that is why I encourage any youngster who has to deal with bullies to keep doing push-ups daily. There is a lot that goes on in that small space in a confrontation. Let the bully feel the power when you push him or her away. Bullies test victims and usually move on to the next victim when they might encounter more power than they expected. One thing a bully does not want is to get embarrassed by a nerd. many times you get back up. 

Push-ups change you, if you like it or not

it doesn’t matter if you’re blessed with athleticism or if you look like a bag of bones, if you do push-ups consistently even when your mind says “Let’s skip today”, your body will adjust and move all resources to build your muscles and strength. your brain is like: “I guess this nerd is serious about this, let’s move some resources to all these muscles so we’ll be ready for tomorrow smh”. Evolution and transformation are constantly going on and your body has no choice but to adjust to any changes in lifestyle. And if you do 100 push-ups a day every day, your body will conform.  You know how sometimes you see a stranger on the street but he has the look of you don’t wanna mess with that person. That is the aura that you will give off when you can do 100 Push-ups straight.
