As mentioned above our infusion length is 45 days. The minimum standard for a successful oil infusion is currently agreed on at 30 days. We go by an ancient tradition that requires 45 days. There are other infusion methods that can be done within 15 minutes or hours. Those methods require heat or chemicals that destroy compounds within the plant materials and oils and therefore are not an option. Even though those ways of infusing oil are counter-productive, they are the standard in the beauty industry for the simple fact that the quicker the infusion the greater the profit margin.
